Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
LMD Disaster Survival Kits & Supply, LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is returned in its original condition. We will replace any product or component that was damaged during shipment or is otherwise defective. We may replace only the component and not the entire kit. We will only pay for the return shipment of the defective component and not the entire kit. The customer is responsible for shipping of products ordered in error. Food and water are not returnable. We will issue credit for those items.
Note: During certain circumstances such as an ongoing disaster situation in the US, express shipping may be offered but may not be available. When this situation does occur the order will be sent using the shipping method available. Our policy is to refund part of the original shipping charge.
